Zeus drove to Olympos where he met with Hera and Athena.  He reminded them, once again, of his supreme power but, still they murmured their rebellion to each other.  Hera agreed not to take part in the war but retained the right to give council to the Greeks.  Zeus reminded her that the Greeks would continue to fall before Hektor until Achilles consented to join the battle.  He dismissed her with an insult and she was silenced.
